Our roots of knowledge on handling such vast projects have inclined our ability to take charge of troubleshooting assignments, Updation of equipment, and product enhancement for achieving low maintenance.

Turnkey Project Executioners:

Turnkey or Semi-turnkey projects both depend upon perfect plan, design, construction, and maintenance. Over the years RgCON Services have undertaken many projects that have empowered them to handle any EPC/ Turnkey/Semi-Turnkey projects in the market. The updated technology and new equipment have always been their backbone in expanding their business globally.

RMH Systems, General Engineering & Quality Control:

The maneuver of raw material from their native site to the point of use in manufacturing and refractory lining for furnaces which are resistant to heat plays the main role of performance in a Ferro Alloy Plant. Designing and configuring the furnace is a crucial point. RgCON Services emerged with suitable solutions in order to set up the furnace perfectly into the environment.

Agglomeration Techniques:

Reforming the ores like manganese and chrome into suitable sizes through the Agglomeration technique by sintering makes it easy for the production of certain ores like Ferro Manganese, Silicon Manganese, and Ferro Chrome that are becoming scarce day by day. RgCON Services works jointly with M/S. SAC Co. Ltd., South Korea in undertaking projects related to designing of Manganese ore sintering and Chrome ore briquetting plants by following the Agglomeration process.

RgCON Services handles both Green field and Brown field projects in India to build the furnaces. Brown field project purpose is to rebuild the furnaces either by pulling apart the complete plant or re-structuring a part of it to restore its performance. We have proven our works in rebuilding furnaces for our clients with less investment

• Construction, Fabrication, and Erection is a demanding process to turn steel into a product that can be used for construction and other Industrial materials. Our own senior experts and network of staff bring the knowledge and energy needed to tackle any project by supervising the flow of Work from Drawings, going through the Bar charts designed, Set Up process, Following the Installation Instruction manuals and Erection Sequence Flow charts.

• RgCON Services maintains a process checklist, follows Process standards and Documentation to prevent negative issues in the organization. Our team of testers examines the services before handing over to the client from preventing any mistakes and defects in the manufacturing of the product.
• Inspection and Test plan document is prepared and each responsibility in the plan is executed gauging one or more characteristics of a product and comparing whether the requirement is met and the proper product is delivered to the client.

• Master layout, Raw Material Feeding system Layout, Tapping system with EOT Crane arrangement must be clinched.
• Furnace building Sizes, Schematic Floor plan, and Elevations Loading details, Fabrication of Furnace Shell, Hydraulic Circuits with Power Packs hoisting, Slipping & Clamping and Pneumatic circuits must be fixed.
• Diagrams of the equipment on each floor, Basic electrode Holder Assembly diagrams consisting of Electrode Suspension arrangements, Traverse Frames, Slipping Devices, Hydraulic Hoisting, Mantles, Suspension Links, Air or Water cooled protection shields, smoke Hood, etc., must be finalized.
• Material & Water flow and Single-line diagram for electrical Systems must be finalized.

• We start off by preparing the schematic sketches and layout for both green field and brown field projects based on the client’s requirements.
• Once the approval is given by the client for execution of the project, testing of soil is done by experts to suit the conditions, terrain, environment and strength of the soil for sustainability of the economic factor.
